Himchuli Bikas Bank Limited issued 120,000 number of ordinary shares
to the general public from V.S. 2063/11/21 to 2063/11/25. To the
history, the issue was over-subscribed by about 134 times with NRs.
1,606,775,000.00 (Inwords One Billion Six Hundred Six Million Seven
Hundred Seventy Five Thousand only). We are proud of having such
positive response towards us and we thank all the participants of
IPO. We specially thank to the general public investors, and to
those who helped us to become success to such success. Our thanks
goes to Nepal Rastra Bank, Office of the Company Registrar, Security
